- We accept returns on all unused, unopened, and unworn hair extensions and products within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used hair extensions and hair products due to hygiene and safety standards.
- Promotional or final sale items are non-returnable unless a defect is identified.
3. Return Process

- Upon approval, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your return.
